Greenvest E.S.Co. designed and implemented, in partnership with ITAIM, the energy requalification and renovation of the external facades of the apartment building in Via Saba in Rome. The intervention involved transforming the aesthetics of the apartment building by #restylingthefacades with the application of Roman travertine and wood-effect porcelain stoneware cladding and Caparol plastering and painting cycle. Restyling of the pilotis floor and roof terraces for 6,300 square metres of external facades. For this intervention, the apartment building saved 90% of the costs, thanks to the façade bonus, and thus through the mechanism of credit transfer to Greenvest E.S.Co.
