GREENVEST ESCO designed and implemented, in partnership with ENI GAS E LUCE S.p.A., the energy requalification and seismic consolidation project in the historical centre of Lamezia Terme. The intervention involved the demolition and reconstruction of all floors and the installation of all air conditioning and heating systems, a photovoltaic system to serve the building’s consumption. For this intervention, the apartment building paid only 15% of the work, thanks to the new ECO AND SISMA BONUS decree, and thus through the mechanism of credit assignment.
