GREENVEST ESCO designed and carried out energy upgrading of the heating and cooling plant by installing a multi-purpose unit capable of simultaneously heating and cooling several areas of the building, saving approximately 30% energy compared to the previously installed unit. IFAD is one of seven LEED PLATINUM-certified buildings in Europe. Greenvest had already carried out smart lighting works with DALI protocol prior to this intervention. IFAD continues to invest in energy refurbishment, thus maintaining the prestigious LEED PLATINUM certificate.
