ESCo
The E.S.Co Service involves generating economic savings, which are shared with the client from the start of the EPC contract. A portion of the savings will benefit Greenvest E.S.Co to cover the investment made.
The dedicated and multidisciplinary team at Greenvest is responsible for:
- Conducting energy audits
- Defining feasibility studies and design
- Securing and defining the coverage of the required financial resources
- Implementing the proposed interventions
- Managing the operation of the plants in the post-intervention phase
- Carrying out maintenance work and services related to the intervention
- Obtaining available incentives and/or tax benefits
Greenvest employs specialised personnel to:
carry out energy diagnoses with the aim of ascertaining the possibility of generating savings;
define the feasibility study and design the intervention proposals;
find and define a cover for the required financial resources;
implement the proposed interventions;
manage the operation of installations, in the post-intervention period;
monitor and report on the consumption of new plants;
carry out the maintenance works and services attached to the intervention;
obtain, with specific know-how, the best available "package" of incentives and/or tax breaks.
