Greenvest Esco was founded 11 years ago from the idea of two young entrepreneurs.\u00a0Today it is the leader of a group of companies working in the energy efficiency sector at national and international level and operates as a certified Integrated Energy Service Company (ESCo) according to UNI EN 11352.\u00a0The company is accredited with the Gestore Servizi Energetici (GSE) from which Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE or White Certificates) are recognised.<\/p>\n

The company aims to reduce the energy consumption of its customers, both public and private, through Financing Through Third Parties (FTT), a mechanism whereby the customer makes no initial investment and immediately benefits from a share of the energy savings obtained through the interventions carried out and financed entirely by Greenvest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It is our conviction that the future of the market lies in improving the efficiency of the existing building stock.<\/p>\n

For us, the great challenge now is to promote the technical and energy requalification of the environments in which we live. Firstly through the energy certification tool as an effective method to measure building quality, then by pursuing the best design strategies.<\/p>\n
