The E.S.Co Service involves generating economic savings, which are shared with the client from the start of the EPC contract. A portion of the savings will benefit Greenvest E.S.Co to cover the investment made.<\/p>\n

The dedicated and multidisciplinary team at Greenvest is responsible for:<\/p>\n

  • Conducting energy audits<\/li>\n
  • Defining feasibility studies and design<\/li>\n
  • Securing and defining the coverage of the required financial resources<\/li>\n
  • Implementing the proposed interventions<\/li>\n
  • Managing the operation of the plants in the post-intervention phase<\/li>\n
  • Carrying out maintenance work and services related to the intervention<\/li>\n
  • Obtaining available incentives and\/or tax benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    carry out energy diagnoses with the aim of ascertaining the possibility of generating savings;<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    define the feasibility study and design the intervention proposals;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
    find and define a cover for the required financial resources;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
    implement the proposed interventions;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
    manage the operation of installations, in the post-intervention period;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
    monitor and report on the consumption of new plants;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
    carry out the maintenance works and services attached to the intervention;<\/div><\/div><\/div>
    <\/span>
